The Philippines is an incredible riding destination, offering everything from coastal roads, mountain twisties to off the beaten path exploration.
The Philippines has a growing mototourism industry and almost everyone here loves motorbikes. If you ever have a problem or breakdown on the road you are usually only about 1 minute away from a vulcanising (roadside tyre repair) shop or a friendly local willing to help you out.
With that in mind, it is a fantastic place for group rides, with every kind of riding available and some fantastic destinations. Nothing quite beats a long ride in the mountains before descending down to the scenic coastal roads and arriving at a seaside resort to relax and recouperate for the evening by the beach. The locals are friendly and hospitable and most speak English to one degree or another. There are always plenty of people that are more than willing to help you enjoy your time here.
We offer group discounts when renting our motorbikes so please contact us if you and your friends want to come and experience everything that the Philippines has to offer and enjoy a great adventure along the way. We cant think of anything better than you and your friends exploring the islands on our CRF’s or middleweight adventure bikes.
If you ever want help with routes, destinations or advice then we are more than happy to help.
Our British owner is a huge bike enthusiast. He’s been riding since the age of 16 and often posts his rides on his youtube channel. If you wish to have a tour guide on your ride then please get in touch with us. Often David himself will be more than happy to lead tours around the island.
Here is a quick example of the types of riding available in the local area.
As well as renting out really good bikes, we also offer accommodation on site in the shape of a 3 bedroom, modern house with views to the mountains. It’s the perfect place to rest for a night or too after a long flight, before setting out on the bikes.
We are in a small provincial (countryside) area very close to Mantayupan Falls(the highest waterfall in Cebu) and just 2 hours south of Cebu Mactan Airport. With great access to the central mountain ranges of Cebu and some cracking local routes it’s a great place to start your adventure being just 30 minutes north of the world famous dive sites of Moalboal and only 2.5 hours from the boat to dumaguete. We are also only 15 minutes ride from the Port at Dumanjug which offers scheduled RoRo boats to Negros Occidental and access to one of the Philippines most active volcanoes (Mount Canlaon). The riding in Negros is fantastic, with well maintained roads, stunning volcanic and mountain views, as well as off road trails around nearly every corner.
Alternatively you could head west over the mountains behind our house and straight to the port at Argao and hop on a boat to the island of Bohol to see the famous Chocolate hills and the World’s second smallest primate, the Tarzier.
Oslob and the famous whale shark encounters are only 1.5 hours ride away.
